Every fall, Firefly Cove transforms into a harvest festival with a pumpkin patch, festival games, glow-in-the-dark carved pumpkins, s'mores by the fire, and hands-on crafts for the kids. And during Halloween week, join us for our one-night-only Trick-or-Treat Trail through the Cove.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! What better way to spend it than in a Smoky Mountain winter wonderland, complete with over 100,000 festive lights, fully decked-out Christmas trees, and a 17,000 sq. ft. ice skating rink? Enjoy Christmas crafts, warm up with s’mores by the fire, and enjoy the festivity of the season. Plus, our cozy condos add an extra layer of comfort and warmth to your stay!

Returning in 2027! Celebrate springtime fun at The Resort at Governor’s Crossing with a special Easter Celebration on Saturday before Easter. Guests are invited to enjoy a full day of festive activities designed for families and children of all ages. The highlight of the celebration is our Easter Egg Hunt at 10:00 AM, followed by a family movie showing of Hop, creating the perfect way to continue the Easter fun together. (Some details may change)
