Families, as well as individual travelers, find fully furnished condominiums, ranging in size from studios, to one, two and three bedroom units plus hours of fun and relaxation at The Resort's indoor and outdoor waterparks. It's convenient location in Sevierville's Governor's Crossing and being just minutes from Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country as well as the area's largest outlet shops and the mountains, are just added benefits of staying at The Resort. The program, now in its 5th year, offers guests the opportunity to receive exclusive special offers to some of the areas top attractions and shows. Best of all, there is no additional cost, membership fee or sign up process because, at The Resort @ Governor's Crossing, every guest is a VIP.

As a Resort VIP member, you are eligible to receive one free exclusive special offer to each of our partner attractions per reservation.
Please note: Ripley's counts as one attraction. Exclusive special offer voucher can be used at any one and only one of their 8 area attractions.

4 Easy Steps to becoming a Resort VIP member.

Make your reservation at The Resort.
Contact the participating attraction(s), inform them of your being a Resort VIP Guest, check for availability & make a reservation.
Purchase additional tickets from your chosen participating attractions when making your reservations with them.
Present printout received at check-in from The Resort & matching photo ID to attraction box office redeem exclusive special offer per reservation.

Terms & Conditions:

One exclusive special offer from each vendor per reservation.
Copy of check in folio and photo I.D. required to claim special offers.
Special Offers can be used any one day after check in at The Resort, to and including the date of departure subject to the regular operating hours and availability of attraction. Certain restrictions may apply.
Advanced reservations required, notify vendor of Resort VIP Program and give them hotel confirmation number of reservation. Reservation are to be made directly through participating attraction, attraction has the right to require a credit card deposit.
If additional admissions for other members of guest party are required they must be purchased directly from said attraction. Tickets purchased from other vendors voids complimentary admission through The Resort VIP Program.
Attraction reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled event. Cancellation to be done directly through participating attraction. Attraction retains the right to charge for no-shows and late cancellations at their discretion.
Attractions are subject to weather, maintenance, and availability and therefore are not guaranteed.
Exclusive special offers through VIP Program may only be used once in 30 day period.
Exclusive special offers have no cash value.
